- Dedicated to recovery from severe injury or illness
- Comprehensive rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF for specialty programs

- **Required Certifications:** RN licensed, CNA certified

- **Float Requirements:** Hospital has 3 floors with similar care structure

- **Number of Beds:** 80
- **Patient Ratios:** RN 1:6/7, CNA 1:10/12
- **Equipment:** Hospital standard, lift equipment, no vents
- **EHR:** EPIC
- **Patient Population:** Adults (18+ years)
- **Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Acute care experience (IV starts, feeding tubes, ostomies, wound care)
- **Preferred Skills/Experience:**
- Rehabilitation experience (not required)
- **Common Diagnosis/Treatment:**
- Post-surgical, stroke, cardiac, hemodialysis
- **Personality Fit:**
- High accountability, team player, patient-focused, high customer service orientation
- **First Day Instructions:**
- **Scrub Color:** RN = navy, CNA = red
