The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in rehabilitation.
The unit has 47 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1 and a team of 10-12 staff members, including RNs and LPNs.
Equipment used includes Hoyer lifts and Sara-Stedy.
Documentation is done using a Meditech system.
Staff members are required to float to other units as appropriate.
The unit handles various procedures, including trach care, PEG tubes, and in/out catheterization.
The dress code consists of navy blue scrubs.
The department received recognition as a top inpatient rehab unit in 2022.
