Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Inpatient Rehabilitation – Texas
Start Date: September 7, 2026
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Schedule: Day or night shift available. Patient ratio of 5:1, maximum 6:1. Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. On-call seldom needed, typically only when overall census is low.

- Opportunity to develop expertise in rehab scoring documentation and specialized patient assessment
- Exposure to diverse patient populations through floating to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Renal, Urology, Orthopedic, and overflow units
- Standard nursing procedures including patient transfers, bladder scans, dressing changes, and medication administration
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Texas (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification required
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems
- Experience and training in safe patient transfer techniques (mandatory)
- Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
- Experience with rehab scoring documentation preferred
- Willingness to float to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Renal, Urology, Orthopedic, and overflow units (ICU excluded)
