Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. 1+ years of experience in Medsurg is acceptable. Unit specifics include 14 beds and a patient ratio of 1:6. PCT support is available on the unit. The documentation system used is Meditech. 36-hour commitment is required. Floating policy in effect when applicable. Client has been recognized as a top performer on key quality measures for the past 4 consecutive years.
