Description:
The unit has a total of 42 beds.
Staffing includes a charge nurse and 3-5 RNs, along with PCTs.
Patient ratios are approximately 6:1.
Equipment includes an EMR system.
Typical procedures performed include wound care and patient transfers.
Candidates must be flexible and compassionate advocates for patients.
Strong mix of experienced and new graduate nurses is present on the unit.
The team enjoys consistent tech support and an engaged, team-oriented atmosphere.
Candidates must be willing to float between campuses as needed.
