Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Inpatient Rehabilitation) – Corpus Christi, Texas

Start Date: September 7, 2026

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day or night shift available. 5:1 patient ratio (maximum 6:1). 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. Every other weekend and holiday required. On-call seldom required.

  • Collaborative team environment with charge nurse, RNs, and CNAs working together on each shift
  • Floating opportunities to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Renal, Urology, Orthopedic, and overflow units (ICU excluded)

Requirements:

  • Active RN licensure in Texas
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems (Meditech experience preferred)
  • Strong patient transfer training and competency
  • Experience with bladder scans, dressing changes, and medication administration
  • Preferred: Previous inpatient rehabilitation experience and rehab scoring documentation knowledge
