Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team!** - **Position:** Travel RN - Inpatient Rehabilitation - **Location:** Fort Worth, TX - **Unit:** Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) - 3E - **Shift:** 7 PM to 7 AM - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 18 - **Patient Ratios:** 5-6:1 - **Staffing:** RNs & PCTs - **Documentation System:** Meditech **What We're Looking For:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Willingness to learn specialty patient mobilization skills - Attention to detail and willingness to be coached on rehabilitation-specific documentation - Experience in inpatient hospital settings is preferred - **Preferred Skills:** - Background in neurological, cardiac, and/or orthopedic adult populations - Experience in inpatient (acute) rehabilitation - Long-term acute care (LTACH) nursing experience **Certifications Required:** - BLS **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform medical-surgical nursing procedures - Catheterization (indwelling and straight) - Peripheral IV insertions and blood administration - Central line dressing changes - Wound dressing changes - Surgical drain and suture/staple removal **Patient Experience Required:** - Prefer 2 years in inpatient hospital settings (medical-surgical, stepdown critical care, or inpatient rehabilitation) - Experience with neurological, cardiac, and/or orthopedic nursing is a plus **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Royal Blue tops and pants (in good condition, no fading or logos) - **Nail Policy:** Clean and healthy nails, no artificial or gel nails - **Hair:** Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors - **Tattoos:** To be covered whenever possible - **Piercings:** Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
