- **Day Shift:**
- 1 Charge Nurse (full load)
- 2 RNs
- 1 CNA
- **Night Shift:**
- 1 Charge Nurse (full load)
- 2 RNs
- 1 CNA
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 5:1 (max 6:1)
- **Equipment:**
- Vital Signs machines
- Transfer equipment (Hoyer lift, sliding boards)
- EKG machines
- Bladder scanners
- **Technology:**
- EMR: Meditech
- Pharmacy: Pyxis
- **Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills:**
- Transfer training
- EMR proficiency
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Rehab experience
- Rehab scoring documentation

- Patient transfers
