# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation – Texas

Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Arlington, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment, 36 guaranteed hours, rotating weekends, no call required

Highlights:

  • 18-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit specializing in neurological, cardiac, and orthopedic patient populations
  • Patient ratio of 5-6:1 with RN and PCT team support
  • Meditech documentation system with real-time training resources provided
  • Floating to medical-surgical units as needed in rotation with unit staff
  • Comprehensive skill set including IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and blood administration
  • Royal blue scrubs required (provided details upon placement)

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred (medical-surgical, stepdown critical care, or inpatient rehabilitation)
  • Willingness to learn specialty patient mobilization skills and rehabilitation-specific documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and coachability regarding documentation standards
  • Experience with neurological, cardiac, and/or orthopedic adult populations preferred
  • Prior acute rehabilitation or long-term acute care (LTACH) experience is a plus
