    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 4x10 Monday–Friday | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | No Call | No Weekends | No Holidays

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist surgeons during operative procedures including General, Genitourinary (GU), and Orthopedic surgeries
    • Perform first assist duties including suturing and wound closure
    • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment
    • Navigate multiple computer systems including EPIC EMR efficiently during procedures
    • Apply strong problem-solving skills to support safe and effective surgical outcomes
    • Function both independently and collaboratively as part of a surgical team
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 2+ years of RNFA or OR experience
    • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CNOR, and CSFA
    • Experience assisting with General, GU, and Orthopedic surgical procedures
    • Ability to work in a rapid-paced OR environment with strong computer navigation skills
    • Flu vaccination required (November 1 – April 1); exemptions must be client approved
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Ability to scrub in addition to first assist responsibilities
    • Experience working in a high-volume or growing surgical unit
    • Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
