Key Responsibilities

• Perform first assist duties across a broad range of surgical specialties including robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology
• Participate in on-call rotation, with an estimated 8 call days per 6-week schedule, split evenly among RNFAs
• Cover kidney call rotation Monday through Friday (18:00-06:00) and Saturday/Sunday 24-hour kidney call (06:00-06:00)
• Participate in general call rotation on Saturdays and Sundays (07:00-17:00) and holiday general call rotation (07:00-17:00); no kidney call on holidays
• Maintain proficiency in both scrub and circulating roles across assigned surgical specialties
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 3 years of scrub and circulating experience required
• Minimum 1 year of RNFA experience required
• Proficiency in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology procedures
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard travel candidate (locals accepted at a modified rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume surgical environment with diverse specialty coverage
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms
• Strong adaptability and willingness to support call coverage across multiple surgical service lines
