    Key Responsibilities
    • Work directly alongside the lead surgeon in the operating room throughout surgical procedures
    • Manage patient care during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
    • Control bleeding, retract and hold tissue, and perform wound closure as directed by the surgeon
    • Contribute to the efficiency and safety of surgical operations
    • Apply advanced perioperative nursing skills to support optimal patient outcomes
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
    • Minimum of 2 years of RNFA experience (required)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working with Cerner EMR
    • Background in a tertiary or teaching hospital environment
