- **Flexible Scheduling Options**
- Choose between 4x10 hour shifts or 3x12 hour shifts.
- **On Call Duties**
- Estimated 8 days of on-call during a 6-week schedule.
- Call split evenly among RNFAs to ensure fair distribution.
- Kidney call rotation from Monday to Friday: 1800-0600.
- Kidney call on weekends: 24 hours from 0600-0600.
- General call rotation on weekends: 0700-1700.
- Holiday general call rotation from 0700-1700 (no kidney call on holidays).
- **Required Skills and Proficiency**
- Solid experience in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology.
- Minimum of 3 years of scrub and circulating experience required.
