**Exciting Opportunity for an RNFA in the Operating Room!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic and growing surgical unit with new orthopaedic surgeons starting soon!
- Position: RNFA in a fast-paced Operating Room environment
- Shift: Monday to Friday, Days (4 x 10)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- No weekend or holiday call requirements!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist surgeons during complex procedures
- Engage in suturing and wound closure
- Provide high-quality patient care in the OR setting
- Collaborate effectively with a dedicated medical team
**Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- CNOR
- CSFA
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Must have skills/experience:
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience assisting with General, GU, and Ortho surgeries
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scrubbing procedures
- Personality Fit:
- Team-oriented, yet able to work independently
