Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) across a broad range of surgical specialties including robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology
  • Perform both scrub and circulating roles as required throughout the assignment
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in the operative setting
  • Adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including holiday commitments - candidates must be available to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
  • May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location as operationally needed
Required Qualifications
  • Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
  • Minimum 3 years of scrub and circulating experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of overall RN experience required
  • Proficiency across multiple surgical specialties: robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology
  • Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
  • Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible (locals accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II surgical environment
  • Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms
  • Demonstrated flexibility across multiple surgical service lines
