**Exciting Opportunity: Travel First Assist / Operating Room (OR) Specialist**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Travel First Assist / Operating Room (OR) Specialist
- **License Requirement:** Must have a valid Kentucky license
- **Schedule:** Monday through Friday with on-call duty 2-3 days per week
- **Flexibility:** No weekend call currently; potential for weekend coverage in the future
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2-3 years in the field, prior travel experience required
- **Credentialing:** Must complete credentialing process
- **Eligibility:** Only candidates with at least 2 years of experience and prior travel assignments will be considered; no locals accepted
- **Responsibilities:**
- Assist with surgical procedures under the guidance of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
- Maintain a sterile and organized operating room before, during, and after surgeries
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care
