**What You'll Do:**
- Assess and monitor patient status with precision and care.
- Collect and record essential data through patient interactions and observations.
- Listen actively and understand the patient’s needs and perceptions related to their surgical experience.
- Identify necessary interventions for expected outcomes based on surgical and patient-specific details.
- Anticipate potential issues and adapt strategies during surgeries.
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure readiness with equipment and supplies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of surgeries and anesthesia drugs with confidence.
- Evaluate nursing interventions against expected outcomes and revise care plans as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid State of California Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the operating room.
- Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification.
- Certified Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) certification.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, peers, and physicians.
**Work Schedule:**
- 12-hour varied shifts; only 2 shifts per week!
- Rotating weekend call coverage.
