Key Responsibilities of the Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse- Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor patients intra-procedure
- Oversee post-procedure recovery, including PACU and extended stay
- Participate in critical embolization response for trauma patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements of the Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse- BLS (AHA only)
- ACLS (AHA only)
- Telemetry experience required
- 1 year of recent IR experience
- New York State RN License
