**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology!**
**Job Description:**

- Engage in the delivery of nursing practices grounded in the latest evidence-based research, policies, and standards to provide exceptional, individualized patient care.
- Experience a fulfilling day as a Registered Nurse through:
- Comprehensive patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaboration with physicians to evaluate and assist in patient care.
- Development, implementation, and documentation of personalized nursing care plans.
- Management of patient care with a focus on prioritizing needs through systematic assessment.
- Play a vital role in:
- Initiating assessments based on patient problems, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Performing therapeutic nursing interventions and advocating for evidence-based practices.
- Providing age and disease-specific assessments, focusing on physiological, psychological, and cognitive status.
- Identifying and addressing clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient conditions.
- Foster meaningful connections with patients by recognizing their educational needs based on age, disease, and cultural factors.
**Skills:**
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute care facility.
- Required Hard Skills:
- Proficient in IV insertion, port access, and managing allergy reactions.
- Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in radiology preferred.
**Education & Certifications:**
- Required Education:
- ASN in Nursing.
- Preferred Education:
- BSN.
- Required Certifications & Licensure:
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support).
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
**Schedule:**
- Work Hours:
- Evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Weekend Requirement:
- Every 5th weekend.
- On-Call Requirement:
- None.
- Float Requirement:
- None.
