Join a leading healthcare facility as a Contract RN in Radiology. Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8-hour shifts
• Call Requirements: One weekday each week and every fourth weekend

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 43
• Staff Composition: 1 manager, 1 RN, 3 Radiologic Technologists on day shift; 1 Radiologic Technologist on night shift
• Equipment: Siemens Luminos Agile Max RF room, GE Optima portable x-ray units, GE OEC 9900 Elite C-Arms, Orthoscan Mini C-Arm, Stryker -Mobius Airo unit, Medtronic O-Arm, Konica DR system, Fuji Synapse PACS

Qualifications:

• Must have Texas Medical Board certification as a Medical Radiologic Technologist
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Radiology
• American Red Cross Basic Life Support certification
• Experience in providing imaging support in surgery
• Proficient in the use of a C-Arm

Typical Procedures:

Radiology exams are typically ordered for patients in surgery, recovery rooms, Med-Surg floors, inpatient rehab, ICUs, outpatient clinics, and small emergency rooms, with a focus on orthopedic and neuro-spine surgeries.

• Excellent customer service skills

Dress Code: Sage green top and black pants required.
