Job Summary & Clinical Scope
Seeking an RN to provide patient-centered nursing care in an acute inpatient psychiatric setting serving adults and adolescents.
- Conduct comprehensive patient and family assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients’ mental and physical health, evaluate changes in condition, and respond appropriately to clinical concerns.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and evaluate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow evidence-based nursing practices and professional standards.
- Support patient safety, therapeutic communication, and a compassionate care environment.
Unit Details
- Setting: Acute inpatient psychiatric unit within a hospital.
- Adult Capacity: 20 beds for patients ages 18 and older.
- Adolescent Capacity: 6 beds for patients ages 13–17.
- Total Capacity: 26 beds.
