REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Psychiatric / Behavioral Health RN experience preferred; exact minimum years not specified
• Experience providing nursing care to adult clients aged 18 and older
• Experience with patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Ability to coordinate nursing care and assign duties based on staff skill levels
• Experience administering medications, monitoring patients, and documenting care accurately
• Experience managing emergencies, behavioral health risks, and patient safety precautions
• Ability to participate in group therapy, multidisciplinary treatment planning, and quality improvement
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

SCHEDULE

• Day shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• BLS
• CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills (APS) — required

LICENSE

• Current Illinois RN license required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BSN preferred; equivalent years of experience may be considered
