Required: Iowa/Compact RN, BLS, CPI
️ Units: Geri 12 | Adolescent 12 | Adult 24
Ratios: Up to 1:4–6
- 15+ months Psych/BH experience required
- Recent inpatient psych experience highly preferred
- Must have experience with adolescents, adults & geriatrics
- First-time travelers accepted
- De-escalation experience required; CPI/MOAB/SAMA preferred
- Float across Des Moines campuses to like units
- Navy blue solid scrubs
- Every other weekend
- 50-mile radius — no locals
- EPIC experience required
- Orientation: 9/28 or 10/12; sooner starts prioritized
- Holiday requirement: 1–2 of Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's
