GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Williamsburg, Virginia.
1 Day Psych RN needed for The Pavilion in Williamsburg, VA ~ Summit BH
Start Date: 10/19
Shift: 3x12 7a-730p and possibly EOW (blocked scheduling not allowed)
Requirements:
CPI Card / Handle with Care Cert required but can receive on sight during orientation.
1 year of strong Psych RN Exp. Required
Unit Description: Must be comfortable in a busy, fast paced acute psych hospital. 40 % voluntary admission and 60% committed patients
Approximate ratio 1:12 – At least 2 nurses per unit. Sometimes 1 RN and 1 LPN.
Patient population is all adult: depression and suicidal and mental illness, detox • Must be able to float between units. • Med cart, pass meds, admissions, discharges, patient assessments. (10-15 daily) • No IV or Wound Care
