Seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Emergency Services to provide strategic, clinical, operational, and financial leadership for a hospital Emergency Department. This leadership position is accountable for driving clinical excellence, operational performance, patient safety, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship across the department.
The ideal candidate is a proven healthcare leader with extensive emergency services experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- PALS certification within six months of hire
- TNCC certification within one year of hire
- Minimum 3-5 years of Director-level leadership experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of acute care Emergency Services experience
- Completion of a critical care course
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency and healthcare technology experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced nursing leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple teams and clinical leaders
- Strong background in operational and financial management
- Experience leading quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Additional language proficiency is a plus
