    Seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Emergency Services to provide strategic, clinical, operational, and financial leadership for a hospital Emergency Department. This leadership position is accountable for driving clinical excellence, operational performance, patient safety, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship across the department.

    The ideal candidate is a proven healthcare leader with extensive emergency services experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • PALS certification within six months of hire
    • TNCC certification within one year of hire
    • Minimum 3-5 years of Director-level leadership experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of acute care Emergency Services experience
    • Completion of a critical care course
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer proficiency and healthcare technology experience
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Advanced nursing leadership experience
    • Experience managing multiple teams and clinical leaders
    • Strong background in operational and financial management
    • Experience leading quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
    • Additional language proficiency is a plus
