Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care across a blend of behavioral health patient populations, including adolescents (ages 8+), adults, and seniors
- Support both high-acuity and low-acuity adult psychiatric units
- Deliver care on adult IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) units and physical rehabilitation units
- Float to all units as needed to meet facility staffing demands
- Apply Handle with Care techniques in the management of behavioral health patients
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience in an inpatient setting
- BLS certification required
- Handle with Care certification required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for placement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working with adolescent psychiatric populations
- Experience on IDD or physical rehabilitation units
- Comfort and flexibility floating across multiple unit types
