Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Mid Shift)
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the needs of youth in residential behavioral health care
• Administer and pass medications according to prescribed orders
• Round with the physician to support patient care planning
• Assist with physical or chemical restraints as clinically indicated, in accordance with facility protocols
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas or a valid Multistate/Compact RN license
• AHA BLS certification required
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required (may be obtained at the facility if not currently held)
• Minimum 1-2 years of psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience
• Experience working with pediatric patients in a behavioral health setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a residential youth care or inpatient psychiatric environment
• Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention
• Strong documentation skills in a clinical setting
