Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult psychiatric patients during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patient mental and physical status, documenting changes and reporting to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, in accordance with psychiatric care protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients on the psychiatric unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an adult inpatient psychiatric unit
• Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention
• Experience with psychiatric medication administration and monitoring
