Contract | Part-Time | Days | Two 7-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday (14 hours/week) | Expected 72 hours biweekly
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric nursing care within a clinical stabilization unit focused on behavioral health, addiction, and recovery
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and progress throughout each shift
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Apply de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques in accordance with CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) standards
• Support patients through stabilization, addiction treatment, and recovery-oriented care

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN License required at time of submission
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required at time of submission
• CPI certification required (may be obtained during onboarding)
• Minimum 2 years of addiction and/or recovery nursing experience required
• Must have reliable transportation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a behavioral health or clinical stabilization setting
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care models
