Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a psychiatric setting during night shift hours
• Assess, monitor, and document patient mental health status and behavioral changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established psychiatric nursing protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon or a compact state license
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working night shifts in a psychiatric or behavioral health unit
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation
