Job Duties: • Conduct patient intake assessments • Develop and provide nursing care plans • Administer and monitor psychotropic medications • Collaborate with psychiatrists and behavioral health teams • Monitor vital signs, pain, and treatment response • Maintain patient safety and confidentiality • Document patient care, medications, and treatment accurately • Assist patients in understanding and accepting treatment.
