Description:
This position requires a registered nurse specializing in behavioral health.
The nurse will provide comprehensive care for adult patients with complex medical conditions and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
This includes managing substance use disorders.
Care is delivered in a multidisciplinary team approach focusing on patient safety and recovery-oriented treatment.
The nurse will be responsible for medication management, behavioral support, and discharge planning.
The unit has a 1:6 patient ratio.
All requests for time off must be provided upfront.
Travelers are required to work one holiday during the contract period.
Compliance documents are expected prior to the start date.
Candidates residing within a specified radius may be considered local.
Previous employees must be gone for a minimum period before returning.
