**Position Highlights:**

- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours**: 40
- **Weekend Hours**: Every Other/As Needed
- **Call Requirements**: None
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds**: 104 across five units (adult, child, geri)
- **Patient Ratios**: 1:8 variable (geri and pedi have lower ratios)
- **EHR System**: Cerner
**Your Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process:
- **Assessment**
- **Planning**
- **Intervention**
- **Evaluation**
- Develop nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions with Physicians and Nursing Supervisors/Managers.
- Actively participate in the discharge planning process.
**Qualifications:**
- Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in MA.
- BLS Certification (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
- Previous Behavioral Health experience is a must!
