- **Experience Required:** 1+ years in inpatient psychiatric settings
- **Float Requirements:** Yes
**Unit Information:**
- **Total Beds:** 104 across five units (adult, child, geriatric)
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:8 variable (geri and pedi have lower ratios)
- **Electronic Health Record (EHR):** Cerner
- **Supervisor:** Shift Supervisor & Caitlin Dunn, CNO
**Who We Care For:**
- Patient population includes geriatrics, pediatrics (ages 5-17), and adults.
- Two adult units with 24 beds each, 24 beds on the geri unit, and 12 beds in pediatrics.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Previous experience in behavioral health and inpatient psychiatric settings.
- **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:**
- Schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, anxiety.
- **Personality Fit:**
- Must be enthusiastic about working with both adult and pediatric patients.
- **Education Requirement:**
- Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in Massachusetts.
