POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and nursing operations.

GUARANTEED HOURS
- 40 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $59.40 - $69.30 per hour
- Bill Rate: $99.00 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all nursing department operations and clinical services.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff and department leaders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and clinical performance.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness efforts.
- Monitor resident outcomes and promote high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to nursing standards.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Day shift assignment.
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- 30-minute meal break included.
- Prior Director of Nursing experience required.
- PCC (PointClickCare) experience required.
- Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility.
- A photo badge must be worn at all times while on assignment.
- Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption where applicable.
- Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law.
