Execute the nursing process to provide effective, evidence-based care including the assessment, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services for patients, families, and the community. Responsibilities include observation, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs as guided by an individualized and ongoing plan of care. The RN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Communicates in a clear and respectful manner with both patients and teammates during every encounter. Represent the organization with the highest level of customer service. Follow the mission, vision, and values of the organization by demonstrating integrity, reliability, emotional maturity, compassion, and caring for patients, families, and coworkers.
