- Embrace a role where you’ll provide both direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process:
- **Assessment**

- Develop individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Be the vital communication link, sharing changes in patients' clinical conditions with Physicians and Nursing Management.
- Participate actively in the discharge planning process to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
**Qualifications:**
- Graduate from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Hold a Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Possess BCLS Certification (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is required.
- Previous Behavioral Health experience is a must, with a focus on both adult and pediatric care.
**Unit Information:**
- Work within a facility with 104 beds across five units catering to adults, children, and geriatrics.
- Patient Ratios: 1:8 variable (with lower ratios for geriatrics and pediatrics).
- Utilize Cerner for EHR management.
- Adopt a dress code of blue scrubs, embodying professionalism and unity.
