Follows established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Adheres to American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice. Complies with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics. Experience with youth and geriatric populations is strongly preferred. Experience with computerized charting systems is required. Potential to float to other units may be necessary. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:10 during the day and up to 1:19 at night. Mandatory weekend shifts are expected. Dress code includes Caribbean Blue scrubs. The orientation is mandatory and requires attendance for all designated days.
