Registered Nurse – Psychiatric - Travel - (Psych RN)

Available Shifts: 12 D
Pay Rate: $1987.00 - $2089.00
Specialized area within a hospital or healthcare facility dedicated to providing treatment to individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar, PTSI, psychosis, suicidal ideations, and mood disorders. The goal is to stabilize their symptoms in a safe and secure environment through group therapy, medication management, and psychosocial needs. The multidisciplinary team consists of RNs, CNAs, behavioral health specialists, psychiatrist, Nurse practitioners, and social workers. The goal is for the patient to develop coping mechanisms to manage mental health conditions upon discharge. This is a 12-bed adult unit. Patients can be admitted on a voluntary or involuntary basis.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Psych
Experience: 2 years
Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Nurse, Psych
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA; CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention
SSN Required
DOB Required
