Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient status, behaviors, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient safety and therapeutic outcomes
- Utilize Cerner OneChart EHR for accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications- Active RN license in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
- Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience with Cerner OneChart EHR
- Background in inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health environments
