Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor and document patient status, behaviors, and responses to treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient safety and therapeutic outcomes
Utilize Cerner OneChart EHR for accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
Proficiency with electronic health record systems
Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience with Cerner OneChart EHR
Background in inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health environments
