Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients on a Behavioral Health Unit serving adult and senior-aged populations (18 and above)
Work across split units accommodating both adult and senior psychiatric patients
Monitor patient status and respond to behavioral and psychiatric needs throughout night shift hours
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient safety and care planning
Required Qualifications
Active RN license (must be valid for the state of practice)
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
BLS certification required
Experience working with patients ages 18 and above
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
Familiarity working with both adult and geriatric psychiatric populations
