Description:
Provide care to adult patients in a co-occurring behavioral health unit.
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Administer medication and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive treatment.
Document patient progress and interventions accurately.
Facilitate group therapy and support sessions.
Be prepared to work as charge RN during shifts without charge pay bump.
Float between assigned areas as required by facility needs.
Adhere to all policies and procedures related to patient safety and care.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and comply with health program standards.
