**Job Description:**

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in a similar role.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Proficient in de-escalation techniques (SAMA or CPI) essential.
- Previous experience in a geriatric psychiatric unit is a must.
- Recent experience (within the last year) in senior behavioral health in an acute care hospital setting is required.
