This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients within the behavioral health setting. The facility consists of four units, accommodating both adolescents and adults. Patient ratios are approximately 1:12 for adolescents and adults in mental wellness and acute care, and 1:10 for dual diagnosis patients. The average length of stay for patients is between 7 to 10 days. Candidates should have experience in behavioral health, medical or dual diagnosis treatment. Familiarity with CIWA and COWS assessments is preferred. A professional demeanor is essential as you will be working closely with a diverse patient population.
