Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans within a behavioral health setting
Document patient information and care activities accurately using EPIC
Float within scope of practice to other units or to facilities within the surrounding area as operationally needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient safety and therapeutic outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact license)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
Ability and willingness to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric nursing setting
Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care practices
Experience working night shifts in an acute or inpatient environment
