Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients during night shift hours
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient treatment plans
• Float within skill set to other units or to sites within the region as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or compact eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Ability and willingness to float onsite or to locations within approximately 40 miles as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric care setting
• Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and behavioral health protocols
