This position involves working with patients in various behavioral health capacities.
The unit has a total of 24 beds divided between two distinct areas.
Staffing includes registered nurses and behavioral health technicians on each shift.
Patient care is divided between two groups with specific ratios for staff to patients.
Essential tasks include conducting nursing assessments and monitoring vital signs.
Responsibilities also encompass medication administration and lab monitoring.
The ideal candidate will exhibit patience and kindness in their interactions.
Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred.
Candidates without required certifications will not be considered.
Rotating weekends will be necessary, but there is no on-call requirement.
