Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), including every other weekend
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to adolescents, adults, and seniors within an acute inpatient hospital setting
- Work with patients presenting with mental health and behavioral disorders, as well as substance abuse and addiction concerns
- Deliver age-appropriate, trauma-informed care to adolescent patients (ages 13-17) with behavioral health concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment throughout the shift
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
- Comfort and experience working with pediatric and adolescent behavioral health populations
- Ability to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an acute inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health setting
- Experience working with substance abuse and addiction populations
- Familiarity with care across multiple age groups including adolescents, adults, and seniors
