The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use disorders. Duties include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, therapeutic, and goal-oriented care. Experience with detoxification, addiction recovery, or correctional healthcare populations is an advantage. Candidates must demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong de-escalation abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in high-stress situations.
